Early Childhood Family Dance – December 7, 2024

$195.00

Social justice workers, early education teachers, dance artists, therapists, and parents learn to engage families in relationship-enhancing dance experiences. Parent-child dance classes provide families with a safe, comfortable environment to play and dance together and have proven to help strengthen the family bond and help parents gain confidence in their ability to interact physically with their children. In this introductory workshop, participants will investigate how attachment and play theories interact with neurological patterning, and learn to create meaningful and fun dance curricula for diverse, intergenerational families.
