2025-26 Practitioner Exchanges will be held on Zoom, often the last Thursday afternoons of the month (days and times may vary).

Teens can feel vulnerable exploring in front of their peers and often prefer learning choreography over improvisation. Yet they’re also natural explorers and creators with so much to express. We’ll ask ourselves questions like: What does exploration look like for teens? How can we structure classes that support them to express themselves while meeting them where they are?
